3rd Member Build Service

When we receive your third member, the unit is completely disassembled down to individual components. All reusable parts are thoroughly cleaned in our ultrasonic cleaner to remove oil residue, debris, and contaminants prior to inspection and assembly.

Each component is then visually inspected for signs of wear, damage, heat distress, or abnormal contact patterns. Based on inspection and customer requirements, the third member is professionally reassembled using customer-supplied or new gears and bearings as needed. Proper setup procedures are followed to ensure correct bearing preload, gear mesh, and backlash.
